the electoral system to my understanding is based on population determines how many electoral votes a state has. The popular vote in the presidential election means nothing its just a number, the electors vote however they please, thats why a president can win even if they did not get the popular vote, its the electoral vote that matters but the electors try to please the people because the popular vote IS what counts when they are elected.

Alligators are not walking around freely. lol...there are some in rivers but nothing like in South Florida in the Everglades, etc where they are walking into people's yard. I lived here 51 years and only saw one one time in a river as I was going over a bridge. Since it's cooling off a little, humidity is not so bad but when it's warm, yes, there's water everywhere and it's beautiful. Nightlife, plenty, some nice bars on the beach and plenty in town. Well, I have said I would want a certain dog breed and that was the only dog I wanted, but I have always been in love with one dog. I love the bernice Mountain dog. We have had dobermans, but I saw a beautiful dog walk by one day and I loved it. My mom rescues dogs all the time, and I used to have a question telling my story about buddy the dog. We became friends with the owner of the dog, and I love the dog. I will be turning 13 soon, and I am currently day dreaming about waking up and finding a bernice Mountain dog puppy with a red ribbon around her neck. You can burn a certain amount doing nothing, then you just eat less than the amount you can naturally burn and your losing weight! This is called your BMR level. Look it up. Is it ice cold water your drinking? You can burn up to 100 calories drinking 8 cups of ice cold water a day. There are 3000 calories in a pound, burn 3000 lose 1 pound. How much does it cost to "create jobs?" I would kind of like to know why Republicans keep arguing that having the wealthy pay ludicrously low taxes is justified because they "create jobs." My question is this: Why are we lowering the income taxes of the wealthiest 1 or 2% of the entire population? Doesn't any expense such as "job creation" come out of the COMPANY ledger? My daycare provider has recently terminated care for another child, due to the childs very poor behavior, with constant conversations with the childs mother on this issue. The mom turned around and filled an abuse charge with DSS, I know for 100% fact that this provider has never and would never abuse a child. Does this provider have an recourse. Now that DSS is involved she has to live with constant scrunitity from DSS and whatever comes of it, with some parents choosing to pull their children out of her care, and such. She is self employed and could potentially lose her job over a bogus allegation. Once they find her innocent, which they will, can she file any defamation law suit? If she so chose?

Ok, it started with the feeling of something stuck in my throat. I went to the doctor and she diagnosed me with influenza type A and B. She prescribed me TAMIFLU which I took in full over the course of about 7 days. Still had the feeling of something in my throat and now ear ache, and sharp temple headaches. She prescribed antibiotics and nasal spray. I finished the antibiotics. Still same thing only headaches were getting worse. Sharp pains in temple area both sides. Went back to her and she sent me to an ENT specialist. They stuck a tube down my throat and said there was some damage there and prescribed me aciphex for acid reflux. He also set me up for a Berium Swallow. I went for the swallow and came back to him for the followup. That day I had a really painfull headache so he took an xray of my sinuses and said they looked normal and my berium swallow looked normal. He prescribed Methyiprednisolone for immflamation. I am still having headaches in the temple area, mild fevers that last only a few minutes, and lower pack pain. I am so tired of reading symptoms online and they say GO SEE DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY just to get no results. Its been about 5 weeks like this. What do I have??

I like Aberdeen, and the crime isn't any worse than the rest of the UK (and much better than, say, Glasgow). There are places to avoid, but you will learn those quickly and that's true for any city. I have had a couple of friends from SE Asia who studied in Aberdeen, and they all loved living there. Because of the oil industry, there are many international offshore workers there, and racism seems to be less than most places in the UK so I don't think you will have to worry about that. Scots are very friendly and welcoming.

Renter has not given us our last months rent that we paid when we moved in?

When we moved into our apartment the landlord at the time required a first and last month plus all other deposits. We moved out Nov 30th 08 by this time the apartment had gone through about 5 managers. Well this new lady proceeded to tell my husband that we had only paid a 200$ dep. Let's just say all the numbers she gave us didn't match the numbers on our lease paperwork we also saved all of our receipts because we have had an apartment manager pull one over on us. Well it is now Jan 9th 09 and we have only received 485$ which was just our security dep and the refundable part of the pet fee. Why doesn't my hot tub heat up?

It looks like it's running fine, it's on 120 volts and it's drawing 16 amps and the heat pump gets hot. It sat for a long time and when i tried to turn it on, it shut off and the keypad read "hl" and then it re-started itself and it shut down again and then the keypad read "flo". I am 18 years old, am 6 feet tall and weigh 65 kilograms. This is hard to answer for me. I'm an old guy, 62 to be exact, and while I recognize that some kids have problems I think the whole ADD ADHD thing is blown way out of proportion. It seems to me that far too many people, mostly adults, simply want to be anesthetized and would prefer there children be in the same state. A lack of parenting at home and discipline in school is much closer to the actual problem from my perspective. I strongly believe there are reasons for the "Lack" I mentioned and not all is the fault of the parent but that is an entirely different issue.

The other day I was making chicken but I got a bit lazy and didn't move the chicken s from the freezer to the fridge early enough for them to thaw completely.
