What does all of this mean?

Ever since my friend and I broke up with our exes, we've been seeing signs of them everywhere. She hears him name being said it least twice a day on television, radio, etc. She sees commercials of where he works. She meets new people that resemble him, and more. Me, I get more signs of mine than she does of hers. I see people who look just like him, I notice brans of food that are last names of his family members. His last name pops up as in said on a television show, my boyfriend I got now happens to csll me the same names as my ex did and not simple names like "baby". They were more complicated names. I also hear my exes name mentioned, and I see people at my work place who look just like his family members, and more. I'd like to know why my friend and I are getting ex signs every day, especially me because I'm not single. She is but I'm not, so it doesn't even make sense. And also, I barely get signs of my boyfriend. They rarely come around...
