How do i change the starter in a 96 plymouth neon?

go from under neath of it is the easiest way and the fastest,if you have a set of car ramps drive it up on them and remove the battery cable, then go to the stater and remove the nut on the positive cable that will be easy to do,once that s done remove the main starter bolts, and remove the starter, you may have to wiggle it around ,it all depends on whats in the way,but on those it will usually come strait out without any problems, there's also a small wire to disconnect, remove all wires before you loosen the starter, those wires will get damaged if the weight of the starter gets on them, installation is the reverse of this, but you, have to take your time with it,make sure all bolts are good and tight and wires are on good, and test it before you take the car off the ramps to make sure it starts good, that's about it,make sure you have the right tools, and the rest is just labor, good luck with it.
