Does anyone have an useful tips?
I am 14 and im not happy with my weight (i know people say not to diet when your this age but i am really upset about the way i look) and i want to go on the atkins diet. I will be eating a couple of chips for dinner with other food (which will be healthier) but i would like to change what i eat at breakfast and lunch. At the moment all i can really have for breakfast is either a boiled egg, toast or cerial (which do you think is best), and for lunch all i can really have is either crackers, pasta, sandwiches or just things on its own (like a small tub of salad, ham, cuber, tomatoes, celery and fruit). Which options do you think i should go for? (:
