Is there any mentioning towards the asteriod senshi powers?

Well in the book they said that they will wait until Princess Small lady Serenity becomes a real sailor scout in her case( a lady). In the final book of sailor moon stars when they had trouble in the future because of the past small lady went to he past to help her mother because all the scouts in the future had died and when she changed into sailor chibi moon he scouts came they are the same scouts like the other scouts but there power comes from the these orbs. but when small lady gets older that's when she will become the ruler of the entire galaxy and that's when she will get the scouts.
