Chest pains, Please someone help?

You could have a chest infection as pain is often common with it, you should stop smoking for total health reasons but im not going to judge you on that or harp about it because im a smoker too so i also should give up. See your doctor and get them to check it out because as i said if its an infection then you will need prescription meds to clear it up.
