Got tubes tied in 2006. Last period was in April. Had pap smear In May everything came back normal.Now its Jun?

Should I be worried about being Pregnant?I find my self having to take naps in the day and going to the BATHROOM more.Still no period Thought it was early menopause Blood work on that came back ok.What should I do?Im only 34
