How does a 13 year old girl convert to judaism?

Well, my mother is catholic and my father is jewish. I feel like I want to convert, i've always considered myself jewish, i've never really believed in catholicism. so what is the process? i know it differs for adults and children. *sorry if you see this again, but i meant to ask on yahoo u.s. not u.k. & ireland.
