Where/how to buy/use fibergl??? huh?

look i wanna know how to use fibergl to reinforce my daft punk helmet (made of paper) but i've never heard about this "fibergl" so i wanna know where can i find it (i mean, wallmart, home depot, where?) and how to aplicate it thanx
