Did earth year changed from 360 days to 365 days?

The Earth's revolution period may have been 360 days at some point in the past, but that would only be temporary, as the number 360 has no special significance. Certainly throughout recorded history, the year's length has not changed more than a tiny fraction of a second. What has changed is an increasingly accurate reckoning of the exact length of the year, and how to adjust leap years to make things come out even.
