Upgrading my motherboard and videocard?

wow. bit too much info. it's difficult to say what the best graphics possible are because i don't know your budget. and the graphics will depend on what mobo you get, which is dependent on your budget. if you want a single nvidia card, the new gtx 280 series is probably best. a single ati card would probably be the 4870.
