I am looking for a floor/ankle length padded quilted super warm duvet like coat?

I am looking for a floor/ankle length padded quilted super warm duvet like coat, can anyone help me find one? I would like a size 16 or 18 UK please and would prefer it in black with a hood. Sarah Brightman once wore something similar back in 1981 at the show Cats, and I loved it then, I wonder if there is anything similar out there now? I would need it to be able to be delivered to the UK. Thanks.
